At UNO - LONDON, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home additions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or customized furniture pieces are final sale unless damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective wrapping and include all assembly manuals to ensure the product remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to London Studio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for larger furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
